PRODUCT OVERVIEW

The electric low-temperature regulating valve is mainly used for the regulation of low-temperature liquid medium (minus - 40 ℃ ~ - 196 ℃, such as LNG, LO2, LN2 and lar). The inner cavity of the valve body and the places where all accessories contact with the low-temperature medium and the valve body are subject to low-temperature treatment. It is mainly assembled by the regulating valve body, stainless steel extension rod and multi-functional electric actuator with power supply voltage (AC220V 380V) input control signal (4-20mA DC or 1-5V DC) to adjust the medium flow on the pipeline.

PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS

1. The valve body, valve core, extension rod and all components are made of stainless steel with high hardness and wear resistance;

2. All parts in contact with low-temperature medium are subject to low-temperature treatment (repeated circulation twice);

3. V-type PTFE packing is adopted, with high sealing performance to prevent valve leakage;

4. 3810l series and PSL series intelligent actuators can be configured according to requirements;

5. Wide adjustable range and high accuracy of flow characteristics.
