PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The electric high-pressure angle regulating valve adopts top guide structure, which is composed of angle regulating valve body and 3810l (or PSL Series) straight stroke electronic electric actuator. The actuator has a feeding function, receives a unified standard signal of 4-20mA or 1-5V · DC, converts the current signal into the corresponding linear displacement, and automatically controls the opening of the electric angle regulating valve to continuously adjust the process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature and liquid level of the fluid in the pipeline. It has the characteristics of sensitive action, simple connection, large flow, small volume and high adjustment accuracy. The valve body is rectangular, the valve core is a single guide structure, the flow path of the valve body is simple and the resistance is small. It is especially suitable for the regulation of high viscosity fluid containing suspended solids and granular media, which can avoid coking and blockage, and is also convenient for self-cleaning and water cleaning. The electric high-pressure angle regulating valve is generally used in the situation of bottom inlet and side outlet, because it can make the regulation have better stability.
MAIN PURPOSE
The electric high-pressure angle control valve is a product developed for the control valve under the severe working conditions of high pressure or high pressure difference, serious cavitation and erosion. It uses multi-stage throttling to share the differential pressure, reduces cavitation, erosion and deflection damage, and greatly improves the service life of the regulating valve, especially in the urea system, which is 2-3 times longer than that of the ordinary high-pressure valve.
