PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Pneumatic gate valve is mainly composed of flange gate valve and pneumatic actuator. It is an automatic control valve driven by compressed air of actuator, with two action modes of air on and air off. It can be equipped with electric or gas backers to send valve switching status information, and can realize remote control, centralized control and automatic control. The double-layer cylinder structure and buffer mechanism are adopted. Compared with the single cylinder pneumatic gate valve, the lifting force is doubled, which can effectively slow down and lighten the wear of the sealing surface of the valve plate car and the sealing surface of the valve body caused by the downward impact of the piston when the valve is closed, and can also avoid the phenomenon of ram jamming. It is mainly used in pipelines in petroleum, chemical industry, electric power and other industries to cut off the medium. Because the working principle of gate valve belongs to lifting type, it is only suitable for switch cut-off and is not suitable for regulation.

PRODUCT FEATURES

1. The valve rod and its surface are nitrided to have good corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and wear resistance.

2. Various pipe flanges and flange sealing surfaces can be used to meet various working conditions and user requirements.

3. Wedge type elastic ram structure is adopted, thrust bearing is set in medium and large diameter, with small friction force, and manual impact, so it can be opened and closed easily.

4. The gate and valve seat are wear-resistant, high temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant, good scratch resistance and long service life.

5. The valve body has a complete variety of materials. The packing and gasket can be reasonably selected according to the actual working conditions or user requirements, and can be applicable to various pressure, temperature and medium working conditions.
