PRODUCT OVERVIEW

The heavy-hammer hydraulic control check butterfly valve is mainly installed at the inlet of the turbine of a hydropower station and used as the inlet valve of the turbine; or installed at the outlet of various pumping stations such as water conservancy, electricity, water supply and drainage, instead of check valves and gate valves. When working, the valve cooperates with the pipeline host, according to the principle of the hydraulic transition process, through the preset opening and closing procedures, the reliable cut-off of the pipeline is realized, the pipeline water hammer is effectively eliminated, and the safety of the pipeline system is protected. The valve is suitable for water, sea water, oil and other non-corrosive fluid media. It can be used for check and stop functions at the outlet of the pump or in the pipeline.

STRUCTURAL FEATURES

1. It can replace the stop valve and check valve at the outlet of the water pump, and integrates machine, electricity and liquid, with small floor area.

2. High degree of automation, local, remote and linkage control.

3. The electrical system can adopt PLC intelligent control system or ordinary relay system.

4. The hydraulic system has the advantages of small motor power, high working efficiency, good pressure holding performance and long starting interval of oil pump.

5. The hydraulic system has the function of automatic pressure holding, with a long pressure holding time, and the starting interval of the oil pump can be up to 500 hours.

6. It has obvious opening indication and mechanical limit adjustment mechanism. The travel switch device is waterproof and dustproof, not exposed, stable performance and long service life.

7. The electrical operation interface is humanized and diversified. It can design ordinary button type, text type and touch screen type. It can also design the latest man-machine operation interface according to the needs of customers.
